This course is run by our Guest Instructor, expert teacher and performer Maria Stutt.

You will start from the very beginning along with others who are doing the same.  Maria will have you in the air doing things you never realised your body was capable of - and have you enjoying it all!

The aim will be to build your confidence, teach you how to get in the hoop, a few shapes and poses and then string them all together.

Tuesday 1st to 22nd November, 6 till 6.55pm in our pop up studio at KiddiCity in Langney Shopping Centre, Eastbourne.
